    What if Golota could take a punch like this guy? who would win between the Golota vs Mavrovic?


    Getting punched in the face dont even seem to bother the guy.

    Golota would of been knocked down 36 times over 12 rounds taking those bombs that Mavrovic took.

    Lewis was hurt in the 7th round and went to the ropes i'll give you that. But Lewis came back and landed a punch at the end of the round that it was amazing Mavrovic wasnt knocked out.

    Winning 2-3 rounds is your definition of life and death! :patsch

    Mavrovic had his moments but he got hammered for the vast majority of the fight. Never understood why this fight was ever thought of as close, it was pretty one sided in reality.

    I heard he contracted some muscle wasting illness which may explain why he was so light against Lewis. That may have been simply rumour but he was definitely side lined by some illness that ended his career.

    Golota is was and will be in a higher class than Mavrovic, who was a regional champ. Golota just had more skills period. This would not even be a big fight so Golota would likely not screw up anyways. So how do you explain Mavrovic´s better showing vs Lewis? Simple, one word: GOLOTA.

    Golota takes a wide decision.

    There is a vast gulf in talent, & i don't see Mavrovic as a hard enough puncher to make him quit.

    If Lewis couldn't stop him having hit him with everything but the kitchen sink I doubt Golota would stop him. Golota would win unless he imploded. Golota may not have been as durable as Mavrovic but he was better in almost every other aspect and would win a comfortable decision.
