This has already been done to death but here are some facts. 1. Pavlik won't ko AA. 2. AA has significantly better one punch power than Pavlik. 3. Pavlik wears people down due to his extremly high workrate. 4. AA knocks people out with one punch while being extremely lazy in terms of workrate. 5. If it goes to the scorecards Pavlik will most likely win. 6. Pavlik defence is leaky. 7. AA has a tight guard. 8. If Taylor can make Pavlik do the chicken dance, AA has easily to power to knock him out. That's all you need to know.
Facts? Give me a break. Most of this appears to be unfounded opinion as far as I can tell. Your number one is fact? Please. Your opinion is NOT fact.
Sorry -- doesn't fly.. Miranda nearly killed Abraham the first time they fought. Pavlik damn near beat the black off the boy in 7 rounds. It took Abraham 16 rounds to do what Pavlik did in 7. Moreover, Zuniga is a better win than Miranda. Arthur should have fought Zuniga, but chose the great Elvin Ayala instead.
A really nice post! I think AA will win by KO, but that is the only difference and I am biased, because I have seen all fights of AA from the early beginning. Most important is that the fight will happen next year and that doesn't seem to be sure
As has already been pointed out, these are opinions rather than facts. I agree with just about everything you say though. Can't see AA ever winning this one on points but we'll certainly learn everything we will ever need to know about Pavlik's chin. It is inconceivable that Pavlik can go 12 rounds without being caught by AA. I wouldn't put money on it but I can certainly picture AA knocking Pavlik out. AA has a very good chin and a tight defence. He showed how much punishment he can take in the first Miranda fight. That was some gruesome ****!!!:yikes
