Joshua fights nothing like Norton (I assume that's who you're comparing him to).

Very hard to think of any HW match this fight could be compared to actually.

Fury doesn`t punch hardder than a 41 year old Wlad, nor does he punch harder than a 45 year old Foreman.

AJ wouldn`t just walk through Fury`s punches like Wallin did, AJ is a careful box puncher he is always defensively responsible, Wallin was willing to take a few to get inside each attack, AJ is a fundamentally sounder boxer than Wllin, not a brawler, he`ll jab his way in.

No I said it will be a tough fight for both men similar to Holmes vs Norton. I am not comparing AJ to Norton or Tyson Fury to Holmes for that matter. The only comparison between AJ and Norton is that they are both magnificent physical specimens.

No problem. When and if the AJ vs Fury fight is signed I looked forward to breaking down the stylistic match up with you to discuss the paths to victory for both guys and predictions.

    Fury has the better chin.
Joshua has more one punch power.
    Fury has faster hands.
    Joshua is a moron.
    Fury has better defence.
    Joshua has better 'nutrition'.
Fury has a better body attack.
Joshua has a better Africa tattoo.
    Fury has a better engine.
    Joshua has more sponsors.
    Fury has more reach.
    Joshua has more quit.

So they both have advantages and disadvantages. Luck also comes into it. Who lands the first bomb on the button does have an element of chance involved when the leather is flying.

I would pick Fury here, but Joshua can KO anyone if he lands properly.

Joshua. He's a lot bigger and stronger than Wilder and his shots are 10x shorter and in combination.

Not without getting countered by harder punches by AJ.

Fury over-committs with his jab leaving him open to counter rights, AJ has good hand speed.

Fury has never lost a dog fight

AJ's stamina goes and Fury takes control

I’ve said this before on another thread,
First off, Joshua could come into the fight at a natural 250+ lbs so Fury would not enjoy the weight advantage he did against a very unnaturally heavy Wilder at 230+ lbs.

Secondly Joshua is built like a bull and will not be rag dolled around by Fury like Wilder was

Thirdly Joshua has far better fundamentals than Wilder including a pretty heavy and well delivered jab which would soon mess up Fury’s good looks if Tyson just comes straight at Joshua.

Finally, if Fury fights as he did in the Wilder 1 contest he very much runs the risk of getting caught by Joshua as he was by Wilder. The difference being that Joshua won’t catch him with a Hail Mary shot he’ll hit him with a combination and follow it up to finish the fight.

It’s a very interesting match up and a genuine 50/50 contest

Let’s not rewrite history in regards to Ruiz’s win over Joshua eh!

Joshua actually put Ruiz down hard and jumped in to finish the fight not realising how well Ruiz had taken that knockdown punch. After leaving himself wide open Ruiz caught Joshua with a punch he had only dreamed about previously. After that, the fight was over, Joshua never recovered from that one disorienting punch and despite more rounds and more knock downs it was effectively over after the 3rd round.
