Hard to say because we really don't know how good really is. Bellew beating a shot Haye doesn't prove much and Kownacki beating the feather fisted, china chinned Szpilka doesn't prove much either.
Don't see anyone except AJ, Wilder, Fury beating Bellew tbh. I even think Bellew would have beaten every Klitschko version since the Jennings fight.
All top usyk, gasiev, briedis beats him, povetkin also. If bellew is so good how did he lose to stevenson?
I'd favor Bellew - he would counter at will and avoid Kownacki's crazy shots. I think he proved he's boxing intelligent against Haye, so he wouldn't make the same mistakes Kiladze did in the early rounds.
Well, could you be more specific in how you see this fight going? It's just that I'm having a hard time imagining this. Jennings at least had reach advantage.. but Bellew is much smaller than Wlad, so I can't think of tools he would effectively use against him. I can't think of anything other than a boring UD by Klitschko.
At LHW, Bellew was very drained. I think he is a far better CW than he was LHW and I wonder if he may be a better HW than CW? I would clearly favour Bellew against Stevenson at CW or HW. Having to make LHW, I think affected his punch resistance
Kownacki is 50 lb heavier than Bellew at the same size. Can't see Bellew eating those hands without getting clipped. Kownacki - talented or not - is a Top 10 HW right now and not shot, old and injured like Haye was. The Bellew hype should be a bit more realistic.
Kownacki is a genuine hw contender at least, unlike Haye who was only ranked due to fights going back six years.
Kownacki is favourite in this one because he is the bigger man and he has far heavier hands. Bellew is a live dog in this one- but realistically would not take the fight because he is chasing retirement fund type match ups only now & is not genuinely interested in building himself towards a HW title shot.
