Buchanan always had problems with boxers from the future, that's why he avoided them like the plague and focused purely on fighters of his own time. Let's face it, not ONCE did prime Buchanan face a fighter of tomorrow and as proud Scotsman it pains me to say that.
I asked Ken that very question at a book signing a few years back "There was none around to fight". Make of that what you will.

I agree, advanced modern training techniques and diet would obviously give Mitch the edge :thumbsup In fact I want to see the fight, a post 60 year old Duran against prime Mitchell.....close fight, but I think that Rocky would just about edge it
