If you call yourself TBE you had better prove it against dangerous opponents. Scalping the middleweight title would be a good way of doing that. If I hold Mayweather to insane standards, maybe he and his fans shouldn't go around calling him the greatest fighter ever. That's my only point, I'm no hater.

Why are you obsessing over a guy who retired years ago?

I'm not, I could care less about Mayweather. But we are on a boxing forum so I was giving my opinion.

Mayweather couldn`t take the power punches Canelo took and couldn`t have forced GGG onto the back foot because he couldn`t hurt him at all, Canelo has far more power than Floyd now at 160.

No way, nobody has move up from super feather and beat a middleweight champ as powerful as GGG.

Mayweather by UD in a boring predictable fight. A one dimensional plodder that stiffs out like a tree in the first 3 rounds isn’t beating someone like Mayweather. Who has Golovkin beat to at least encourage us to believe his style could be effective against Mayweather?. The man has fought nothing but zero risk bums. The first time he stepped up, against a blown up Light Middleweight, he lost.

IF that fight ever happened The IV Kid would have run & danced around the ring while Cortez or Bayless whoever was ref stopped GGG from fighting & protected Froid. If Froid reached the final bell upright he'd have been awarded a Vegas decision "win" Nothing is more obvious

In 2013 Floyd would only be moving up one weight class, since he had already been a champion previously at 154. Floyd’s last fight at super featherweight had been more than over 10 years before 2013 when Floyd was in his early 20’s.

    Not sure about that.

With the right judges, anything could happen.

Hard to say. Without a catchweight? I pick Floyd to win a decision. He is the better fighter and more technical. Quicker.

I think Floyd is the better fighter but GGG would be tough. Too big, pretty good at cutting off the ring. Canelo could get GGG's respect with his power, I don't think Floyd could.

Is it out of the realm of possibility that Floyd could outbox him without getting touched much? I mean, it's possible. It is Floyd. But it'd be ****ing hard.

Reminds me of a Leonard vs Hagler type of match up.
