Aerrolla unfortuately, I don't see Helenius doing well against speed not yet any way. Unless he can land his big shots and KO's Aerrolla he loses this one. I would say he has a punchers chance, similar to what Haye has against Wlad. Helenius still needs to work on his movement and fitness if you ask me. He needs to keep improving, he could well be a beast though when he's 30.

well, considering that Helenius lost several rounds to Peter before getting the KO, I'd have to go with Arreola right now.

This is exactly right.

Arreola has done nothing to show himself in the same class as Helenius. In all of these years, he has not accomplsihed what the Nordic Nightmare has done in 14 fights.

Wins agaisnt Chazz Witherspoon, Nagy Aguilera and Travis Walker prove zero.
He lost to a former light heavy, and he is going to handle a big boy like Helenius with a useful jab and power in either hand, because he dropped a few pounds?

If Helenius can keep Cris off of him early and weather it, he may win, this is a pick em fight to me at this point. I'd like to see Helenius come in slightly more conditioned, but at this point I would probably still favor Arreola slightly, though would not be surprised either way. Arreola does not go down easy, Helenius would have to keep chopping that tree round after round to stop him. This is a fight that should be made and probably one of the best fights that can be made in the division at the moment. If Helenius wins in June, I'd like to see this fight made for September/October. The winner would then be in line for a title shot most likely.

 

Helenius struggled several rounds with an extremely out of shape, sluggish Samuel Peter. Certainly, the "Nordic Nightmare" is a good counter puncher and Arreola comes with arms wide open, but i guess, Helenius can't deal with Arreola's combination of handspeed, power and pressure. Even against Peter he looked scared, confused and flushed, when Peter only threw a lazy-ass-jab...
