Vitali would maybe give up some early rounds because of Wlad's jab, but Vitali would figure out a way to counter Wlad's powerful left and pepper him with counter right hands. I believe that Vitali is tough enough to take Wlad's power shots so i think that Vitali would start to walk Wlad down in the middle rounds, Vitali's offense would give Wlad a world of trouble, i doubt that he will be able to get away from Vitali's odd hooks..

Overall i just think that Vitali would figure out Wlad's lineal offense (Wlad's fast left hook may be the biggest threat to Vitali), and Wlad would have a tough time finding a way to avoid being walked down and eating power shots from Vitali..
