Plenty of slack in the defense, which is a neccessary skill.

Valuev is way too slow, this could potentially be the most boring 12 round fight EVER

I think that Povetkin, Dimitrenko and Haye could all potentially cause Wladimir some issues for different reasons.
Dimitrenko has size. He's not a massive puncher, but he has quality KOs over B level heavyweights that aren't glass-chinned, such as Derric Rossy and Timo Hoffmann. Dimitrenko has been down, though, in his fight against Hoffmann, and Klitschko hits a hell of a lot harder than Hoffmann does. I can't list Luan Krasniqi as an asset there because both Thompson and Brewster also have KO victories over Luan and lost by landslides to Klitschko (except for the first Brewster/Klitschko fight in which Klitschko was pounding Brewster until gassing hard).

Povetkin has a chance because he is extremely busy. He has good fundamentals and while he, again, does not have excessive one-punch KO power can overwhelm with combinations. Some might say that Klitschko has problems dealing with pressure, but to be perfectly honest, his only loss where he didn't gas was against Sanders, who bombed him out early. One loss like that in 55 fights hardly equates to a difficulty dealing with pressure. I think Povetkin has a boatload of talent and potential, which he's shown in his recent fights against some of the top heavyweights, but could really use a few more against top contenders for experience before taking on Klitschko.

Haye, of course, has an abundance of speed and power. He definitely has the potential to be able to lay a hurt on Klitschko, but his chin has been called into question. Haye has never fought anyone like Klitschko, and Haye's only real world class opposition to this point has been (arguably) Fragomeni, who'd made it a close fight before succumbing in the 9th, and Mormeck, who hurt and floored Haye. Enzo Mac looked wild and undisciplined, charging right at Haye and crumbling under Haye's power. I see Wlad punishing Haye with his jab and keeping him on the outside, perhaps putting him down over the stretch for a wide UD.

Haye would be his easiest opponent.

Povetkin and Dimitrenko would both beat Haye, no problem. Arreola would also beat Haye. Haye is still running from Herbie Hide!

Arreola would b his least threat.
