What's funny there?, it was definitely impressive the way Peter came back from 3 vicious knockdowns and hanging in the 3rd when it looked like it was nearly over. As a Cotto fan I assume you have seen his fight with Ricardo Torres, right?, or do you want a reminder?
I would avoid guys like Fulgencio Zuniga for example: little known, under-rated, a few losses on his record, et, but if you make a mistake, he will knock your ass out! If you're fighting the best and you lose, life goe on. Look at all the fans JT gained over two straight LOSSES! On the other hand, look what happened when Andy Lee lost to Brian Vera. No, it's not the best you need to avoid. It's those ****ing sleepers!!
not to forget his dirty fighting - I wouldn't like to get punched to the back of my head the whole fight
Winky Wright. He has no fan base but is very risky and no matter what I do it will be a boring fight with that muther. Guzman after Wright. 130 pds. The only one. Everyone else I would kick their ass and make them say my name in the ring. "What's my name, Chump?"
I don't think that makes sense. Without meeting these guys there is no way you could make a name for yourself. I think the ones to avoid are the ones that are bad risk/reward. The guys you mention are all high risk AND high reward. At HW I would avoid Peter. Too much risk. At LHW I would avoid Dawson and Johnson. Too risky and too little reward right now. Hopkins too because it will always be ugly and not make much for my carreer as noone can win clearly over the old spoiler. At SMW I would avoid Taylor, Bute, Inkin and Andrade. Too risky and too little reward right now. At MW I would avoid Mundine. Too risky and as new to the div not enough reward yet. Winky too as he is boring and harder to beat then people realize.
at heavy I would avoid Wlad K...he is a career closer. Look at poor lamon Brewster, the boxing banker, Chris Byrd, Sultan Ibragimov, and Ray Austin...these fighters will never be the same after fighting the Steel Hammer. I would pull a Floyd Mayflower and avoid all of the champs at 147. Smart move by the little coward. I would also avoid fighting Joan Guzman at 130 or 135...no one looks good against this guy!!
1. Vitali Klitschko 2. Arthur Abraham 3. Wlad Klitschko 4. Young Mike Tyson 5. Pavlik 6. Lennox 7. Drago 8. Hulk 9. Shrek 10. My Dad
all depends on what type of fighter are you also..also depends on some other criterias(in example if i had a weak chin like amir khan, i'd avoid punchers which he is doing right now) but on a general scale be it whatever type of fighter i am, i'll probably avoid the following guys: winky, guzman, raheem, spinks...
I'd avoid Vitali unless I could get it written into the contract that I still get paid if and when he pulls out of the fight.
Same. I wouldn't purposely look to fight the most dangerous fighters, I'd rather not fight them but if they made an offer I wouldn't turn it down. I'd probably end up in a coma though.
