It would have been Khan ahead before getting complacent and sloppy before Floyd timed him and chinned him.

Yeah, that’s what I’m saying. I always saw something in Khan’s that made me think he’d trouble Floyd. I disagree that Khan would beat him outright...Khan was just too dumb to beat someone as intelligent as Maywether. Khan would have his success in the first five rounds or so, but then Floyd would start timing him, and keeping him more honest. 8-4, 7-5 Mayweather. Something like that. Pretty much a Judah or De La Hoya type of result.

So what have been the optimal time for this to happen? Idk...2012, maybe? Maybe before then. My brain is too fried atm to think about weights and timelines and the whole 9.

Floyd would ice Khan even now. Counters or a check hook will drop him like the proverbial sack.

I got one better! How about having him go up against Carlos Palomino AND Pipino Cuevas in a early 20th century-style "Battle Royale??"

A person who is in love with money never really has enough. Floyd is either running out of the money he previously made, or he's so in love with money that he will convince himself that he will never have enough, and so will turn his hand to just about anything in order to bring more in.

Hatton had much more of a chin than Khan has ever had.

I really want to see a rematch with Nasukawa.

Thought he was doing really good work before a scared corner prematurely stopped it.

Tenshin was primed to dominate the championship (second and third) rounds.

Hope they do it again, what riveting action.

Circular reasoning. Hatton also fought a completely different style than Khan.

I'm stating that Mayweather wasn't Paulie at 147. I think he showed on plenty of occasions that he had enough power to stop Khan despite his documented hand problems. He KO'd an unbeaten Hatton and had enough pop to keep some durable guys from just walking him down.

Khan has also always been a gung ho fighter and I'm sure a sharpshooter like Mayweather would of countered him plenty as the rounds wore on.
