With Moorer at LHW, it's about Power. Nothing subtle. The question is, what happens if he runs into a guy he won't be able to simply plow through who has some skills. DM is a good example of this. Or even a prime Virgil Hill.
Everyone has their opinion, but one could argue that Moorer never even faced a B level light heavyweight during his reign, let alone a B+ or A level. He defended his belt against the likes of Izzy Alive and Tom A. Toekan.
Even then, I consider him very overrated. He was a limited fighter. Watch his fight vs a skilled, slick(yet far from top notch) boxer in Leslie Stewart. I'd take quite a few to outbox him, a few to stop him.
