Who would you favor in a middleweight clash between Danny Jacobs and Canelo?

Jacobs would win by at least 3-4 rounds on points, but in Vegas with GB Promotions you just never know...

Also i really doubt that Team Canelo ever going to fight guys like Jacobs, Charlo, Devrecsenko, BJS etc.

Spike, Lemieux, Errol Spence, Chavez rematch i expect.

This would be a good fight. Jacobs looks a bit shopworn to me, though. It depends on how Jacobs chooses to fight. I can tell you one thing, Canelo would not fight Jacobs the way he fought GGG. If Jacobs is willing, Canelo will go toe to toe with him and probably stop him. If Jacobs elects to move, though, he has a real good shot at outpointing Canelo.

 

Jacobs looks to be in decline. I'd take Clenelo by a Kirkland-like ko.

 

Canelo, I think he's 2nd best MW after GGG.

Based on Jacobs last performance I would go with Canelo by clear decision.

After Jacobs performance with GGG I thought it could have been an even fight.

 

Canelo. Jacobs is good, but goes negative when top fighters pressure him. He was easily schooled and knocked out by Pirog and was easily outboxed and dropped by GGG. Once Canelo starts applying pressure Jacobs will go on his bicycle and drop a decision. I also think BJS if he's in shape outboxes Jacobs and Charlo knocks him out.

 

To echo one of the above posts, I had it closer to even before the last 8 months. I favor Canelo.

 

With drug testing, Jacobs wins comfortable.
