Fury again. Nobody thought he'd go in there and smash Wilder the way he did.

I know things skewered because of COVID-19 lockdown but biggest fight of the year was Tyson Fury’s dominating win over Deontay Wilder so that probably gets him fighter of the year win.

Whyte is trash. It isn't even close.

Povetkin if he beats Whyte again.

If not Lopez for the upset of the year.

I Can't understand the Fury mentions (depends on his next opponent though), Wilder has a far less impressive resume than Whyte.

Winning a HW title in another country is a big deal mate

I'd only pick Fury if his next opponent is Hunter, Rivas and perhaps Kabayel depending on how he performs.

Its between Fury, Roman and Lopez. Hard one due to covid and inactivity.

Id probably go Lopez based on having the biggest win.

The boxing world by in large had Loma as the best fighter in the world. I will never call a cruiserweight the best in the world until they go do something at heavyweight. Never have and never will. Inue and canelo fine, but no one beat those guys. Fury beating Wilder is a good win, but Fury had 50 pounds on Wilder and Wilder cannot box. You could throw his other fights in the trash can including his imaginary victory over takam

After moving the limit from 190 to 200 it's been mostly 220+ pound men who should be at heavyweight draining down to avoid fighting real heavyweights. I won't respect the likes of Usyk or Gassiev if they don't make any noise at heavyweight. That's where they belong so I don't give 2 shits what he did at cruiser. If Holyfield had never moved up to heavy I'd be saying the same thing about him

Easy ... Castillo & Maidana both beat him. He should have been DQ'd against Ortiz & Judah. That cowardly act could have killed or at least seriously hurt a totally defenceless Ortiz . Roger entering the ring & attacking Judah automatic DQ to any one else. IV gate should have made May/Pac a No Contest Floyd blatantly cheated. Lastly the supposed TBE fighting an MMA fighter making his pro debut does not count as a title defence It was a farce
