    That would be none other than Morton "Hands of Hummus" Goldstein.
    He was a churlish tax lawyer with a Napoleonic complex who got into boxing after he lost his temper and sucker punched a judge. The judge is said to have spun around and demanded to know, "What the hell was that? Who threw that crumpled paper at me? ".
    When bystanders informed him he'd just been punched by Goldtstein, the judge was not amused and gave him a choice between facing a charge of class G misdemeanor assault, or boxing professionally for one year.
    Goldstein chose the latter, and the rest is history.
