Haha thats really ****ed up, I was just about to write "Someone who will KO him so we dont have to hear "my 0" "unnnndaaafeeeeted" in every ****ing interview"
I just think Joe is seriously deluded. Someone asked him who the P4P #1 was, and he said that it wasn't Pacquiao, because he HAS LOST 3 FIGHTS, KNOCKED OUT AT FLYWEIGHT AND BEATEN TWICE (in his op) BY JMM. Losing three fights doesn't rule someone out - however, clinging on to a hollow 0 by the virtue of fighting an awful lot of shot opponents or guys that achieved nothing post- Calzaghe doesn't suggest a P4P #1 to me. I think I would have beaten Pudwill, and I was about 16 at the time.
I agree, I wish the 0 wasnt as important as it seems to be here, good domestic fighters not being matched for example because they're both 15 and 0, it does my ****ing head in and we seem to have an attitude (in general not on this forum) of lose your 0 and you're done. I think a defeat for some of ours actually takes the pressure off in a way, your free from all that "must not lose" mentality. It'd be great to finish your career undefeated but if it goes, so ****ing what? As long as you maximised your career you should be proud.
I just look at the Marquez brothers - both lost very early in their careers and look what they did. Even Choi - went the distance with a 118 legend in his 3rd fight!!! So what, you lose, get back on the horse!
Bad Chad would boost his legacy in America though it wouldn't make for a particularly exciting fight.Calzaghe craves to be recognised in America as a great so this fight is a chance if he wants to risk his beloved 0
CD has got his own 0 to lose. Fight’s where someone’s o has gotta go have that little bit of added extra interest.
I'd like to see him fight Dawson, and if JC wins I'd like to see him try to unify the division. (I know it won't happen - I can only hope)
I know it wont happen, but i'd like Calzaghe v Mundine at SM. I just want Mundine to have one BIG fight, even if he gets hammered.
