    I agree with you. Getting knocked out cold is different from taking a bunch of punches and having the ref step in or getting counted out while trying to get up. The long-term effects of having the lights go out just can't be good. It makes me remember the nervous feeling I had when Jeremy Williams got KO'd by Sam Peter. I don't like seeing things like that even though, from a boxing standpoint, a knockout like that is almost picture-perfect.
