Ricardo Torres would give him bombs I'm not sure he can withstand on his feet. Maidana will test him as well. I would favor both against Valero, by violent knockouts.
What is it with people who assume a '35-lb'er would be as awesome at '40? What someone like Pacquiao has done isn't everyday stuff, the exact same reason why assholes like the Mayweathers accuse him of PED's. It's huge, and not a given for any fighter no matter how great.
