Anyone got a reason for why they want Mayweather to win.

I want to see a good clean fight with no biased officiating & the legitimate best man on the night rightfully getting the win. The man I'd pick to win in that scenario is Manny, BUT none of Floyd's Vegas opponents have ever gotten a level playing field from Floyd. Sadly I cannot see anything changing on May2 That's why I'll be rooting for Manny

Doubt the judges work in Mays favor too much. Look at the first Maidana fight.

Woah! why didn't people like Guerrero???

I voted for Pac, it took me like 20sec's though to click the button because I was imagining all my Filipino friends losing their minds and talking about this for years to come but in the end....Mayweather IS an a**hole I guess.

I don't understand the logic behind Floyd having personal judges in Vegas. There's been more controversy around Floyd nearly being robbed than the other way around. Most people didn't have Canelo, Oscar, or Maidana ahead or tied with Floyd the way one judge did for each of those fights. That's not indicative of anyone being in his pocket.

I can see why people want Manny to win - he's the likable, humble underdog, hung up against the brash, bragging bully. And yes, being that is America, there is probably some racial subtext to it as well.

I can also see why people want Floyd to win. He's on the verge of doing something historic, and who doesn't want to see something historic that they can tell their kids and grandkids about? Floyd losing removes a bit of that unique aura. It kills the legend. And yes, there are probably some racial and nationalistic subtext there as well.

Good points there. I don't bother hating Floyd, its a TV personality. In reality hes a decent person so why focus on the bull****. Focus on the boxing. What pleases me more is to see the boxer outfox the fighter.

I think the public mostly got what they want already, regardless of how boring the fight might seem they will be glued to the seats unless its super super boring.
