Who would you match James Degale with next?

And by the way oli degale did IMO expose the difference in class between himself and the rest of the domestic smw division. But that's because degale is special. It took me and many other people the fight against smith to come to that realisation. I've no problems admitting that.

Why the **** is everyone saying rematch smith? Degale won every minute of their figt, a rematch proves nothing!

Degale is a fantastic talent, whether you like the guy or not. I can't even remember him losing a round as a professional yet.

As for his next fight, it should be 'the ugly kid'. 2 world class talents who genuinely don't like each other makes for an exciting fight. BUT, I'm not sure if Groves is really for Chunky yet, and I would be surprised if booth holds him bck a while. If groves rematches Anderson and beats him again, then the fight will be made. But groves needs to prove his point against the Scot first IMO. their first fight left a lot to be desired from groves' point of view.

If not Groves, what about Jesse Brinkley? If he beats a guy who recently fought Bute, the whole world would take notice, especially if Degale stopped him.

 

I'd try and get Steigletz.

He's a world champion, i think james beats him, and even if he loses theres no shame as its his 10th fight, just promote the fight focusing on how big a task it is and how james in theory should have no chance, the casuals will swallow it.

In the Smith-DeGale post fight presser Degale asked Warren if he would get Smiths world ranking. Warren said something about "don't worry about that yet", so I can't see a world title shot on the cards.

 

It's the WBO (Warren boxing organization) James will get a shot as soon as Fish Eyes Wank Warren asks for it

 

I'm sure Warren could get the title fight if he wanted it (DeGale is ranked by the WBO), I don't think he wants it though.

Degale will defend the British title next, talk of world title shots is a good 12 months premature.
