Anyone else think Napoles would do it at 140?

The Chavez who beat Rosario was leagues better than the one who held Pea to a draw.

I think Duran and Armstrong are the top two possibilities which come to mind. Not something I’d want to put money on however

Duran ,Armstrong, Chavez, and Pryor. There are several others I think who could beat him

I think a prime World Lightweight Champion Roberto Duran, 1972-1979, look how he took apart rival Esteban De Jesus, in 1974 and 1978, Vilomar Fernandez, Jan 29 1977, TKO 13. and the Hector Macho Camacho, who took apart the Sweet Pea conqueror Jose Luis Ramirez on August 10 1985 to win the WBC Lightweight Title, even knocking down Ramirez during that unanimous decision win. Duran would hunt Whittaker down to score a late stoppage and Camacho would have too much footwork and speed.
