At Welterweight nobody, The best chance i would award to Burley ,but wonder if his work rate could equal Ray's. I'd give outside chances to SRL,Walker,Armstrong & Hearns.

Surprised Margarito hasn't been mentioned yet.

Nobody. But who I bet on winning one out of three? SRL, Duran, maybe Mayweather (the "Money" incarnation) edging out a split decision in a boring fight the fans hate.

Mickey Walker, Henry Armstrong, Emile Griffith, Roberto Duran, Thomas Hearns, Manny Pacquiao, Shaquille O' Neal from the Sugar Shane Mosley exhibition...
It'd still be a hard fought battle for any of these guys, and it could likely go either way for most of em.

If anybody can do it, it’s SRL. And I’m no fan of his.

I mean, he didn't do nothing wrong outside of the ring, did he?
I don't like that he got a rematch with Duran under shitty circumstances, I don't like that he fought Hagler while past it, and I don't like that he got awarded a draw in a bum decision with Hearns, but is he really a bad guy?
He's an all time great with amazing skill, but is looked back on poorly cause he's a babyface from the 80s.

He was a light heavyweight. And a destructive puncher at that weight. A welterweight would die from a Foster left hook

When you say prime, this means the welterweight version of Robinson. So I don't include middleweights in this discussion.

    None really come to mind.

Leonard maybe, because he was smart and could think. I would give him the best chance.

SRL has a chance. Burley or maybe other prime fighters from the Murderers Row.

I love Hearns but think he gets stopped everytime vs Robinson.

Maybe a prime Duran or a young Benitez.

    All maybes though
