    It's a hard qeustion to gage really. SRL if you're talking pound for pound should be mentioned as should Mayweather

    co-sign, i'm sure there are Mininumweight fighters out there faster then some of all time fastest like, Hearns, Robinson, Camacho, etc

    i was always told as a kid that howard winstone was fast, he would throw 10 punches and hit with all 10, where others throw 10 and hit with 7 if that. think it was because his fingers were cut of in an accident at a young age
