Who would you rate higher Vargas or Palomino?

    Based on whatever criteria you use to rate fighters. Palomino is already in the HOF and many say that Vargas falls short.

    But do you think Palomino was the better fighter?

    Okay, that's all I wanted. I pretty much rate everyone by facial or body hair. Which is why Valuev is far above Ali.

    i get the feeling that was sarcastic:blood
    Vargas career wasnt long compared to other accomplished fighters but it shouldnt be forgotten that Vargas was one of the top fighters in boxing for a few years and he does have some good wins Winky,Quartey,Yori Boy,Marquez,Castallejo,Rivera,Marshall,Shibata,Thompson were all good wins in a short period of time as well as giving hell to elites like a Prime Tito,ODLH, Mosley I.

    But he wasn't as good as or as accomplished a champion as Carlos Palomino.

    Well i asked my dad (very Knowledgeable especially 60s and 70s era) who he thought was better and without hesitation he picked Palomino.
