I like both fighters and I really never wanted this fight.

Cotto is still at his peak prime. I feel that people are dismissing Cotto because of his loss to Margo but IMO Margo's hand wraps had a lot to do with Cotto's loss and without it would have been a different outcome.

Cotto is a very dangerous fighter and Pac is taking a huge huge risk here.

I hope this fight does not push thru for whatever reasons and Pac fights Floyd next.

However it it does, then I will be rooting for my boy the Pacman.

Difficult to answer as I'm a huge fn of both. If Pacman wins then it's huge for boxing to think that someone who started out at light-flyweight managed to beat the boss of 147 up towards the end of his career. That said, if he wins and it's a catchweight then people will always bring that up as a reason for Cotto losing.

If Cotto wins then everyone will say that he was a step too far for Pacman. It's a difficult one to choose.

I'm going to sit on the fence and say I just hope we see a fight for the ages:good.

Toughie, im a big fan of Cotto, but in Pac we have a one in a million, a treu great, i want to see him rack some more incredible names. I also think he is favourite to beat Cotto.

Cotto, not just beacuse i'm a bigger fan. I'd like to see this myth that Pac is unstoppable put to bed and hopefully an end to his devision jumping and catch weight demands. I'd also like to see Freddie Roach shut up.

Pac. That way we could get Pac vs PBF and Mosley vs Cotto II and the winners fight each other late next year.

Like everybody else is saying, this one is tough. I'm leaning towards Cotto, but a part of me wants Pac and Mayweather to win their next fights so that they can fight each other.

I think Cotto is set up to catch a severe beat down ... the consensus pick is Pacquiao by stoppage.

Maybe Cotto can get a decision win, only if he fights smart.

Yeah - if Cotto and Marquez win, then they can fight each other for #1; and Pac and Floyd can fight for #2. ha ha

That said, how many times has Pacman been caught at 135 up? Hatton caught him once before he was blitzed- that's the only occassion it's happened in Pacman's last 3 fights. The Cotto fight isn't as clear cut as people think, IMO. That's why it's a fascinating prospect. What happens if Cotto lands something big?:think

I think that Pacquiao's weakness is to the body ... he's very vulnerable to the body ... and Cotto is a good body puncher and he's probably faster than anyone Pacquiao has fought about 130 lbs.

Pac does tend to fade down the stretch as well ... I don't want to say that its going to be as close as I want it to be but I think the experts will be surprised either way.

Pac would have to use his right hand alot more ... he better jab and he better hook off that jab.

If he sticks with the left hand its going to be a tough night ...
