Foreman s the one guy IMO ,if he and Tyson met 10 times ,Big George would always win .Foreman would have him messed up going back .Tyson would try clinching but get ripped by Foreman .I don't see it as fast as Frazier 1 but he stop's him every time .

I have heaps of respect for Tyson i just happen to think my picks would go ok against him. Many will write him off far too quickly tho yes.

He wasn't mentally weak when I rated him, he could settle in to a fight without crumbling if he couldn't tear them up after 2/3 rounds

Same here Birm, the younger Tyson could do that .Showed that against Tillis,Smith, Tucker and Razor. That's the Tyson that gives any decent Heavyweight the test. Plus it helps with Rooney in his corner lol.

    Ali
    Louis
    Lewis
    Holyfield
    Holmes

Think he demolishes Foreman provided the referee doesn't allow George to push.

Marciano, Liston, Frazier and Dempsey are 50/50's.

He beats Patterson, K Brothers, Spinks, AJ.

I think twenty year old Tyson beats twenty two year old Ali but prime for prime Ali decisions him.

Holmes beats him but even that is not any lock. Foreman who knows .. style wise I like him over Frazier .. Lewis is a toss up too ..

I have Holmes surviving some scary looking knock downs to ko Tyson in around 10.Holmes pride would get him climbing back up and firing back. Something that I don't see many heavy s pulling off tbh.Lewis I pick but in a series between them ,Tyson could catch him McCall style and get a ko win .Something that can't be discounted .

How'd you see the Tyson of the Berbick fight doing up against Ali of Liston 1.I see Ali/Clay stopping him late ,maybe having to pick himself up off the canvas at one point even.

Exactly mate, people tend to forget there was a pure Tyson in the early days, pure boxing/boxer..It evaporated quickly but it was once there his true love of fighting !

How does it affect the outcome who is the challenger? Don't see how that's relevant.

Why not just ask whom Tyson beats, sans the qualifier?

Hahah it is funny when you read people.saying that prime holmes.would beat tyson, they are saying it and even themselves don't believe it actually. Give me foreman to beat tyson and give me tyson to beat holmes anyday

    Ali in 67

Liston in his first defense when he was still very serious

Probably foreman. Foreman has a HUGE style advantage and is bigger and stronger Tyson is faster more skilled in every area of boxing, more composed and well schooled and tbh a much much better all around fighter but styles make fights and foreman is a tough tough matchup for Tyson.

Lewis vs tyson prime for prime is 50/50
Probably turns out to be more boring than people think as Lewis will try to gain tysons respect early and then box and use clinching to minimize the risk
If lewis doesnt get knocked out early it comes down to who can outjab who, even in 2002 Tyson had some success with the jab, so don't count Tyson out just because it won't be an exciting fight.

Holyfield is a 50/50 fight or better for Tyson if Tyson comes as a peaking hungry Challenger and Holyfield is a comfortable overconfident champ like he was vs Bert cooper holmes and Bowe but Holyfield probably beats Tyson if you reverse the scenario and Tyson is champ and Holyfield the underdog Challenger.

Joe Louis is also a possible loss but I favor Tyson
