Who would've been a bigger test for Kovalev? Ward or Stevenson?

Also thought adonis is the harder fight

Stevenson is definitely number 2 tho because "Superman" got that KO power that can put Ole Kovalev to sleep.

 

Ward. With the pimp it's just that left, and with Ward it might be a technical fight which he has to beat him clearly on the cards or knock him out to get the win.

Thunderdome thinks Kovalevs biggest weakness is his susceptibility to left hooks. Which is also a lot of poster son here one criticism of Kovalev as well. I'd say Thunderdome is too caught up on Stevensons left hand power. Ward also has a good left and if he can land it he can put it to good use. People need to remember that the Left was the biggest thing Pascal worked on in his second fight and failed to land it all night.

 

And he might have lost a few rounds. Power is not everything!
Now Stevensons jab, uppercut and accuracy combined with his speed - now thats why he is so good.

 

I think Stevenson is equally susceptible to left hooks, with how low he leaves his right.

If I were a trainer and my fighter was fighting Stevenson, I'd tell him to throw left hooks, and work Stevenson's body, since he's 39 and has poor stamina.

 

Only in terms of power, Ward's left hand as a lead is far more educated than Stevenson's left power hand. Ward jabs, controls range, shoots it to the stomach, measures, hoods with it, throws lead uppercuts on the outside and rips it on the inside.
