Yeah, his footwork was too flawed to hold up against Leonard.

Pryor definitely. His relentless pressure would've kept Ray backing up, fighting for his life. This would've been a repeat of Montreal. However, Leonard has one thing going for him here that he didn't have against Duran. Pryor was also very hittable. Ray would have a good chance of eeking out a decision.

Pryor would have troubled Leonard more than Arguello stylewise but neither beat him or come close to beating him & both get knocked out in a 15 round fight.

If his chin was better, I think Donald Curry would've been a tougher matchup for Ray than eithr Aaron or Alexis.

I think Pryor because he could take a punch, get off the floor and had unending stamina (not just the black bottle) Arguello had that rocket right and left hook and also took a good shot but I think Aaron could get inside your rhythm and was relentless enough to cause havoc and relentless would be the key...speed would be another factor Pryor was not as fast as SRL down the pike but had an odd assortment of unorthodox angled punches

Could Pryor take a punch to land a punch against Leonard. My first thought is no, but he did take Arguello's bombs and if takes it he starts backing Leonard up and turning the pace up then maybe and then we have a real fight on our hands

I don't see too many advantages for Arguello, his usual height advantage is gone, timing wise he could land some punches but Leonard's footwork runs circles round him before stopping him

  8. Neither sugar the top dog, used to imitate his style in bareknuckle bouts.

i've gone for Pryor but at his peak I would go for Leonard strongly against both.

I agree, at his peak and I don't think his chin would have been a problem, not to say Leonard couldn't of stopped him.

Pryor would be much tougher. He matches speed with Ray. Not size ,but speed and would give him a tough fight. Yet Ray would win by knockout.

    I voted "equal."

By "equal," I mean both of them get equally outclassed. :yep
