Hamsho, if not for Hagler he would have been a champion.

Vito The Mosquito Antuofermo as Marvelous Marvin Hagler named him before their first meeting on Nov 30 1979. Vito mauls with Mustafa Hamsho as he did with Hugo Corro and Marvelous Marvin, first match. It would be a very bloody fight for both, as they would suffer cuts, because of their styles. Vito wins a close decision.

I think Hamsho in a controversial decision.

These 2 wouldn't have to go looking for each other would they ? It would be like watching 2 stags !
Antuofermo was never comfortable against southpaws. Minter played matador to his bull in their first fight then surgically took him apart in the second. Forget the joke draw decision against Hagler, he wasn't at the races in that one although that's not exactly a disgrace.
Hamsho wasn't only a southpaw, he was a big awkward lump of a southpaw and I think he carried more power than Vito.
The fact that both guys cut so badly that they should have had zip fasteners over their eyebrows means the fight is not likely to go the distance.
I'm going to go for Hamsho on a stoppage in a bloody, mauling sporadically exciting fight around the 7th.
