Abraham can win. He has boxing's best one punch KO. Can he get it off on the night? Perhaps, but he seems like a lock-in for the semifinals as he gets three chances and only has to score on KO to be in the semis.

Froch can win. Will need to bully his way through. Unefeated and huge.

Taylor can win. A lot depends on his first fight. IF he can beat AA then he may get wings - and we know he has the skills.

Kessler can win, but not having fought anyone in a long time. New promoter. New manager. Fighting away. May things are not in favor of Kessler.

Direll - can he win? Personally I think so. Actually he is my dark horse to win. But admittedly he is less proven. After the first fight we will know a lot more.

Ward - can he win. More proven than Direll, and so far the guy out of all Miranda's opponents who was able to win rounds the most impressively. More impressive than Pavlik and Araham. However, they both stopped Miranda despite not winning the rounds as clearly as Ward. A decent chance, but we will know more after the first fight.

I am rooting for Abraham. The man hits harder than most heavyweights (there is documented evidence available). At 168 he doesn't have to hunger and dehydrate to make weight. That will add even more punching power and stamina. He can end a fight with one punch at any time - normally in the later rounds as he is a slow starter.
He can be outboxed. So I think he will loose his "0" in this tournament. Nevertheless we will see excellent fights!

I'm so excited the whole thing is happening that I can't possibly pick a winner. This is the best thing to happen to boxing in a long time, let's all hope for no injuries, no postponements, and lots of interesting fights!!!!

my pick four tournament "loser" might be controversial, but i see abraham being the worst. Unless he develops some head movement and better footwork, he will be a stationary target for the bigger guys.

That might work against oral, simon or whatever the **** their names was, but it wont work against guys who are taller, longer reach, stronger and hits harder then what he is used to.

personally i think this tournament will be decided between kessler or froch.

kessler for the obvious reasons and froch due to size, chin, power and a set of big hairy balls

Probably Kessler or one of the surprising young. Froch has no chance, he might even get beat by Taylor a second time without being lucky enough to finish the job, or he will get outboxed by Dirrell or Ward. I would like to see Abraham vs Kessler in the finals.

Is difficult to pick we don't know how hungry those young guys are, or how heart, chin, passion ect have too, on paper look like Kessler, but on skills look like one of the americans,Dirrel have skills but is too boring to my taste, and Ward hasn't look to much exciting to be the winner that Showtime wants. but putting to unproven americans but with good skill and unbeaten in a tournament is like saying we showtime want a new american boxing savior, but i don't really think so.

Kessler will beat everyone he faces. I think the final will be either against Abraham or Ward. Personally I see Ward beating everyone except Kessler in their first fight. I could imagine that by the time Ward gains experience in the final we might have a Kessler-Ward II perhaps with a different outcome.

    After all, I pick Ward.

This tournament stuff is great for boxing. Those 6 guys have guts. Can you imagine Floyd doing this? I don't think Oscar would do it either. Takes guts to fight in tournaments like that where you will have to fight the toughest guys. All 6 of these guys deserve respect for doing this. Where is Pavlik? Why didn't he have the guts? That is why Taylor and Abraham are greater than Pavlik, because regardless of how they would do against Pavlik, they take chances and are willing to lose.
