    Whitaker had good hand speed but is not a top 10 at all. His hand speed is overrated.

    I think Pernell Whitaker often demonstrated extra-ordinary handspeed. Some of the fastest one-two's I've ever seen, he deserves his place among the best here for me.

    More so than Naseem Hamed, anyhow.
