Thanks. I've written one in full, but it no longer exists and wasn't that good anyway. I know how too, but it's not my strength. I'm better working with the camera than I am coming up with interesting characters and stories.

i workout at the la fitness in waterford lakes and they have some bags there.....nothing special just 100 lb bags similar to the one you are hitting in your video. if you want to come, i will bring my mitts and some gear and we can set it up. idk exactly how far away you are but if your serious i would be more than happy to help.

 

yea man it sucks.....i lived in ny and had a four car garage and used half of it as a home gym. i have 150lb bags and double end bags and speed bag platforms just lying around now bc my garage down here is too damn small. it pisses me off that i dont get the use out of them like i used to otherwise i would have u just come over to my house and we could work here. we can set something up though. keep me posted if u can think of a good spot. all we need really is to do mitt work, thats really the best way to learn things anyway in my opinion besides sparring of course

Despite his huge size advantage id still say you could beat him.

 

I dont know. The white guy has the size advantage plus he's hitting the bag barefoot in a basement. That's pretty impressive. The white guys amazing footwork is like he's hovering on air.
