Taylor and Froch should be given, the rest will be difficult fights, Kessler at his best is unwinnable for his style. Kessler reduced a technician in Beyer who always lost for his suspect chin and mental weakness, but would dominate fighters with his technique, to being "the other guy in the ring". Beyer landed ONE punch on Kessler in 3 rounds, a body punch that broke both Kesslers ribs and his own hand, he could never get past Kesslers jab. Pavlik isn't Calzaghe, or better than him like his usual fanclub will probably start to claim from next week on.

If you can't outbox Froch, you should look for a different job. As much as I hate certain "fans" of Pavlik, he would easily outbox Froch if he can regain at least close to his former sharpness. Froch is the definition of crude, and Pavlik a good counter boxer, with a good sense for distance. It's basically a shame how many lead hands from his weird stance with wide jumps Froch landed on Taylor. Froch has strength on his side, but that will not be enough vs. fighters who can defend themselves, with better reflexes than Taylor. Pavlik is kind of Froch with way better fundamentals and almost textbook boxing, capable of ducking long hands from his opponent countering them with long hands of his own (see Miranda). There is no way I can see Froch "outboxing" him or getting the better of exchanges, unless Pavlik is shot now.

I can safely say he beats the **** out of Froch, after that I can't say he beats any of them comfortably if at all.

In retrospect, I think Ward and Dirrell would have a field day with Pavlik. I was an unbeliever before but again in retrospect, Abraham would have wrecked Pavlik at 160 with that power. Honestly, the only boxer I can see Pavlik beating is Froch and that's if he doesn't get caught.
