Who's a potential opponent for Margarito, now that Cotto is out of the picture?

Wouldn't wanna see Judah get killed, Mosley would be good but won't prove a thing, Paul should be the only opponent for him......the guy beat him last year and Marg is now the big dog.....this shouldn't even up for discussion....but unfortunately, money talks, and Paul isn't the big enough name money-wise so guaranteed that Marg fights either Judah or Mosley before fighting Paul.

id like to see margo fight clottey again, the first fight looked like it was going to be great before all the various hand injuries (remember margo at the end said he had hurt his wrist too)

clottey was totally dominating the fight through the first 3 or 4 rounds but i'd like to see what happens in rounds 6-12 and see if there would be a similar progression as to what happened in the cotto-margo fight (or to a lesser extent in the margo-p williams fight, where margo came on strong late)

clottey also matches up well with margo physically... he wont be undersized like cotto was nor oversized like p williams is

PLUS it would be a unification fight if clottey gets past judah like he's supposed to

no point in fighting judah, judah will porbably try to low blow him and find out hes got a steel **** along with his steel chin, and margarito would most likely kill judah

Arum has no interest in making Clottey vs. Margo II at this time.

Paul Williams no doubt, He is coming off an impressive win and last to defeat Margo, as well as still has the tools to beat Margo.

Paul williams is the fight, no doubt. But a bout against Clottey would be a great on as well. since it was a close fight, in where both fighter had injuries that prevented them to be at their best.

Pavlik would smoke Margo, no doubt about it. That fight will never happen.

I voted Williams but I wasn't too impressed with Margarito against Clottey either. If Clottey gains a title, I would like to see Margarito v Clottey ... they're both under toprank and both are down for whatever.

How about Margarito .Vs. Sergio Mora at the Staples Center in LA? De La Hoya could promote it and possibly face the winner.

I voted for Mosley. I like for Margo to KO a Legend to bring him more recognition & more Fans before the Willams rematch. WE haveto cook The PW & Margo rematch very well done.

  14. Oscar de la hoya, give Margo the rich payday he deserves and if he loses, at least he'll have enough $$$$$$$$$$ in the bank to live comfortably for the rest of his life..:smoke

For the people that think Margo will stop Williams this time because he learned his mistakes from the first fight, and will start faster, what makes you think that Paul Williams hasn't improved or learned from the first fight too? Margarito's in the spotlight now, Williams isn't; Williams may well be the hungrier fighter.

All I'm saying is don't overlook Williams improvements when you talk of Margarito's, and the way the fight will go.
