Pacquiao has been in the most wars, against great fighters too - one big reason why he started slipping in 2011.

    Morales was in a lot of wars that didn't gain a lot of recognition. Pick a bad fight;

    Zaragoza
    McCullough
    Barrera
    Juarez
    Kelley
    Espadas
    Chi
    MAB
    Ayala
    Chavez
    Hernandez
    Pac I & II
    Diaz
    Limond
    Garcia I
    Maidana

When I think of wars. I think of Plod v Bradley, Gatti vs Ward, Hearns v Hagler ... I can only think of Marquez and Morales .. he hasn't been in that many wars where he's been in dire straits and taken sustain beatings except KTFO6

He's taken the least punishment of those 4

pac, being from a third world country did not have the advantage of exposure by the mexicans and americans. he had to fight the best challenges in very entertaining mode every time just to sell himself. he is more popular worldwide compared with the three.

    Bump.
Might actually have to pick Morales on this one. Just based on the amount of punishment these guys have taken I think Morales was almost always in a war.

Pacquiao: Morales x3, JMM x4, Cotto, Thurman,
JMM: Pac x4, Barrera, Diaz 1, Casamayor, Katsidis
Morales: Barrera x3, Zaragoza, McCullough, Espadas, Chi, Maidana
Barrera: Morales x3, JMM, McKinney, Jones x2,

And that’s why he was such a badass. Threw caution to wind and simply threw down. Worked for him so it’s hard for anyone to say he was wrong. Perfect example is the first Pac fight, very first round. Manny pieced him up with a quick combo, Morales motions “let’s get it on then ****er”, and proceeds to drill Manny into the ropes.

It’s my belief that Morales rematched because he felt he really didn’t win. I didn’t think he won and he’s my all time favorite.
