    Definitely Pacquiao

    Not only he beat all three Mexican legends of golden generation. He also beat big names like De La Hoya, Hatton and Cotto. He also beat the crap of much heavier and bigger Margarito. Probably the only boxer I know that become world champion from Flyweight to Junior Middleweight, what he achieved is unheard of.
