I personally think Cotto was the toughest. He took more leather against Margarito but Cotto is the only one that actually seemed to be able to box with Pac, to a degree. :good

Cotto hurt Pacquiao's head, Margarito hurt his body, Clottey hurt his hands.

I think the Margarito fight was very tough on Pacquiao's body. Not only is Margarito a much bigger man, he hits hard and is a a terrific body puncher. Even though Pacquiao shut him out, he took a beating that could have affected him.

seriously, Cotto could not box with Pac. He got taken to school and then brutalized.

On paper his fights vs oscar, hatton, cotto and clottey were all very tough, all coming off good performances.

My issue with him is what he's done since then. Margo and mosley are not tough by any criteria.

Margarito, Without a doubt... Margs took a god awful beating but he also landed 229 punches and came foward for 12 rounds!
