Pacman, Floyd, Wladimir off the top of my head. All overrated to an extent

I've always felt Cotto was hugely overrated. Margarito too.

 

When you do MOST Overrated you must take in consideration High Expectations vs Low Results.
You can't ever have Mayweather, Pacquiao, Wladimir, Calzaghe, Hopkins there... Never!
They delivered the goods over and over again.

 

Cotto was considerated invincibile in 2008 before the Margarito loss, was there probably most higly rated and considered the one that could beat Mayweather who was king at wlterweight with Miguel ranked #1. But back then when he had his highst aura of invincibility he was stil only rated #8 p4p. And since thene Miguel Cotto has achieved some quite nice things.

Nobody is mentioning Nonito Donaire as overrated, who was #3 p4p.

 

Vitali, Mayweather, Calzaghe.

 

David Haye is overrated. At 175, Bernard Hopkins is overrated as well. His record at 175 is 9 wins 3 losses 2 draws/no contests with 0 kos. If you include his professional debut(I usually don't but will bring it up here) which he lost at 177 pounds, that record is 9-4-2. Gotta give him credit due to his longevity, but his 175 record is not impressive.

Pretty impressive for a 51 years old Middleweight.

 

Well, I did give him credit for his longevity. The fact that he's still in the mix at 175 is quite impressive unto itself. But his record at lightheavy is nothing special. And, quite frankly, his list of opponents at 160 where he broke the record for most title defenses isn't that impressive either.
