Lara and Navarrete stand above everyone else IMO. Wood could well lose go Warrington but I'd favour him over Kiko, Galahad, Magsayo, Russell and the like.

Did you miss the large collection of heavy bombs Lara got off in exchanges and Warrington throwing more headbutts than back hands, then? And you want evidence? Try this:

Lara was about to knock Josh out again in the rematch, you could smell it in the air.

But I reckon Josh beats Kiko, declares himself past Lara and never rematches now.

Which is exactly why I'm a big fan of immediate rematches.

I don't know why, but Magsayo gives me a very "best of the rest" vibe, and that his performance against GRJ was a one-time thing, and against the Warrington's, Navaratte's, Leo Santa Cruz', and hell even Kiko's of the division he'd get beaten quite handily. If you ask me to explain it I can't, a simple gut feeling so take it for what it's worth (which is probably less than I'd care to admit  )

I think Lara's insane power makes him a darkhorse against anybody, and Robeisy Ramirez is really underappreciated (way too much is made of that first loss). Also, until I see his next fight I can't discount GRJ.

That said, the three best are Warrington, Navaratte, and sadly Leo Santa Cruz, even though he hasn't fought in how many years HOW HAVE YOU NOT STRIPPED HIM OF THE BELT ELEVATE LEIGH WOOD YOU COWARDS!

...ahem, yes those are the three "top" guys.

I rewatched the match before I made my post. So yes, and Warrington took every one of them perfectly fine, and he was also being far more defensively responsible than he was in the first fight, blocking or catching several of them with his gloves and arms. Sorry, again.... I saw zero evidence of Warrington heading towards another KTFO loss. I saw Warrington calm, cool and collected, outboxing Lara for 2 rounds, and never hurt once. As far as the headbutting, that's Warrington's style, he headbuted the **** out of Selby as well.
