Oh yeah, forgot about the Margo fans. Obviously they've quietened down recently.

I don't believe all this **** about vacant belts, I don't think it makes a big difference. He still has a very good resume with guys like Shane Mosley, Paulie Malignaggi, Carlos Quintana etc.

    Okay doofus.

Assuming that he used bricks against Cotto, didn't he use bricks against Williams?

Cotto fans want it both ways.

They assume beyond all realms of evidence that Margo used "bricks" in Vegas against Cotto.

But then they just negate the idea that he perhaps used "bricks" against Williams in California.

I just hope he is cleared of all wrongdoing so I don;t have to hear the ****ing excuses for Cotto fans on why he got his face taken through a meat-grinder.

Williams is better than Cotto and if they went head to head Williams would knock Cotto out ... at 147

This is a tough question. Williams would almost asuradly beat Cotto if they were to ever fight. However, Cotto is probably the more polished fighter at this point.

How is Cotto more polished than Williams, because he went to the olympics?

I don't get it ... Cotto is a one handed fighter ... with no defense for the right hand --

Whoever thinks that Cotto threw effective right hands against Mosley, check it out when he almost got knocked out ... if it wasn't for the wet canvas --

Cotto has a much more extensive amateur background, and his inability to get out of the way of right hands has a lot to do with his stance. Cotto depends a lot on that left hand, but I wouldn't call him a one handed fighter.

Everyone knows that amateur boxing is alot different than pro style of boxing ... there's a bigger emphasis on scoring ... but in the pro game ... you don't have to be a big time pot shotter ...

Williams throws straight punches ... he throws combinations ... he moves well ... he has a good right jab.

All Cotto has is the jab and left hook --

Hell i've seen Williams throw a 5 punch combination w/ all straight short punches ...

Paul...he should be ranked higher and he is the better boxer/fighter. Not taking anything away from Cotto but Paul has more demensions and physical attributes that will make him hard for anyone to beat.

I'm sure your right about the fans.....
Havent seen that yet..But these post are ridiculous.

Ima have to take y'all down memory lane once more
Round 3 About 2:00 min in the fight cotto was rocked ready to
go with no response hanging on for his life...Easily should have been
stopped but the fight was in puerto rico....Home cooking if you ask me.
Giving him opportunity after opportunity to recover...That's whats killing
boxing.....Just like this past w/e terrible decisions....And oh yeah anybody see andrade vs bute?....Wow

New to the registration not boxing....Certain people in here registered for years should be banned for life with unbelievable posts.....
Peeps need to give Clottey more respect...That would be a much
more competitive fight with Williams.....Payce! :yep:yep:yep:yep
