    Hmmm i used to think it would be Ortiz but it doesnt look like it anymore. Unless the kid shows he was just an idiot for saying what he did and shows some heart.

    I would say either Alvarez for obvious reasons.
    Next up i would say Andre Ward. I think after the SMW tourney he will start becoming a superstar.

    :lol: dude is boring to watch, I saw his last fight live. After the Gamboa fight, Lopez made me want to leave. He just doesn't impress much

    Plenty of guys out there looking to take over:

    Gamboa, Alvarez, Lara, N'Dam N'Jikam, Andre Ward, Jacobs, and i could go on. Question is who will take the last step.

    HBO is doing a good job is showcasing these guys - Gamboa and Alexander are two big ones. Danny Jacobs is another one although he didn't look that great in his last fight. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

    Valero if he's allowed to fight in the US. He's not that young anymore though, same with Lopez.

    if andre ward wins the tournament,it will be him.he's got the gold medal so espn will alwayz follow his fights
