They do, but what top welters do you think that Ricky would beat? He does not have a stylistic advantage against them all.

Also Ricky never did anything to become number 1 contendor, which is utter bull imo.

IDK. We'd have to see. I'd favor him over Judah and Berto though. :good

Judah I can see. Berto is too green to be considered a "top" welter. Hell I just dont want to see Floyd vs Oscar again. Is a waste of a year for Floyd.

He should try to clean up that divison, would do his legacy no end of good. Which I think he could well do, if he beat Cotto I would say it would nearly be a certainty.

Eh. Arum has locked Cotto in for the next year as well. So Floyd is taking a big money fight.

The fight needs to happen, it's just when it will, that's killing us all.

His legacy is set, he's fighting in his 4th weight class. Past his natural weight, losing won't hurt him as much as people make it out to be.

Losing wont hurt his legacy at all imo realy. But not fighting Cotto would hurt it, beating him would enhance it alot. It would be his best win.

It is killing me man, would be such a good fight :fire.

Nah Cotto could have fought again when Floyd is fighting Oscar.

I know Cotto would have fought again. He will be forced to if he beats Margo/Cintron for the IBF title.

(Clottey would be due his mando)
