whos faster on the pads pacman or shane

I would say Pac, but not by much. Both have tremendous speed.

 

shane likes to plant his feet while pac is bouncing around.

 

both are great fighters..

 

Shane and his trainer look more in synch.
We also have to consider that Roach is working other things as well, Pac's movement and footwork, body work and counter hooks.

 

Shane looks faster but its one thing to look fast on the pads and another during the fight. Jermain Taylor looks blistering fast on the pad work but during the fight his speed isnt as much evident. Abraham was only slghtly slower.

 

just watched both videos. i'd say Manny, is a tad quicker but Mosley, hit harder to the body.

Buboy is telling pacman in pinoy to hold back and not show all. When freddie was giving pac a left hook, buboy was shouting "dont, don't you ever". Team pacquiao is clearly hiding something, obviously the counter to cotto's left hook, and not showing it all.

I dont think this is a good indication. Check out there fights when they have opponents fightin back. I give PAC a slight edge, but not based on this little heavy bag trainin BOTTOM LINE Pac should stay a way from Mosley .Shanes Obvious edge in power woud Decide the outcome.

 

If Pacs beats Cotto, he should stay away from Mosley he has a better chance against Mayweath. Mosley would be too damn stron
