Some people just don't realize what they say. This is exactly what happened after the first Cintron fight :deal Where was all the 'Floyd fears Margo' after Clottey fought him and Williams fought him :think :think :think
They left the forum after he was beaten at his own game by a green Williams and had multiple excuses after the Clottey fight.
Foolish is the must call out approach Its real SIMPLE, beat the best IN YOUR DIVISION:yep Who dat so far? Miguel Cotto. He beats Margarito and Floyd dont MAKE THE FIGHT? Its over, his "title" and P4P vanishes in smoke screens and BS. All for the money. Floyd's never approached the game of seeking the best:nono Yet? Must now REALIZE that he has too or be content that his legacy wont match MANY ATG's.
How can it be any other way? Read this and weep. Anyone who thinks it's PBF's fault is a fool. First PBF is the champ and Cotto is the challenger he is suppose to step up to the plate and challenge PBF. Not the other way around.:deal Just like PBF went up to 154 to challenge Oscar and just like Hatton went up to 147 to challenge PBF Cotto must do the same. Why is there a double standard for Cotto?
I can't really say who's fault it is, but I Leonard Ellerbe has said that Floyd has no interest at fight Miguel Cotto at this moment which doesn't make any sense. Bottom line is the Top 2 fighters in the Division need to go at it. Perfect timing would be to meet up early next year assuming they both win their fights.
cotto did call him out. besides Margarito called him out and said he would beat him worse than Chavez beat his uncle. . . and that didnt work, 8 mil offer with free agency didnt work. . . calling him out at every presser didnt work. When Fraud is hell bent on ducking, theres no stopping her. This content is protected
Who gives a ****, we got Cotto vs Margorito to look forward to as fans. Floyd has the money fight with the Golden Boy, and a money fight in England with Hatton if he chooses. Is he a ***** for not fighting the tougher guy? Maybe. Is he smart for taking the easier money (and bigger money!) Damn straight he is. If Cotto was in Floyds shoes, and had the chance to fight Oscar, then make 20million with Hatton, you think Arum wouldn't duck past some other smaller money fight to take it? You'd be ****ing kidding yourself and lying to yourself. Of course Cotto would rather fight Oscar.. or Hatton in England for huge paydays, and so would he team, who all get a cut of that change. Imagine the chance to make 20+ million, in very winnable fights where he doesn't have to worry about getting beat up. We'd all choose that route. If Cotto makes money sense next year, it'll happen. It's low risk/high reward.. that's called GOOD business!!!
