Basic question. Who is further removed from their prime, Hopkins or Calzaghe?

    **** polled for wrong person.

i think JC is still close to his prome the punching power is no longer there but he is fighting a better fight now compared to what he was back 7-8 years ago

Hopkins, though not by the margin it's made out to be.

Well, that just confused the living **** out of me. The topic asks whos further removed then you asked whos closer

Calzaghe is closer, his peak was probably a couple of years ago

Calzaghe, by a distance. Let's be clear on something: Hopkins prime was FAR earlier than most people think, it was around a year after the time he fought RJJ, not when he was beating on fighters who didn't belong at middleweight.

Yea that confused me too. I was trying to figure out why Hopkins had more votes saying he is closer.
