who's gonna be hattons trainer when he comes back?

    I'd say there is more to it then that. Compare the attention he was giving both fighters. He had something like 7-8 fighters in the camp the same time as Hatton. Do you think he body bagged all of them one after the other? He'd be ****ed.

    Billy was a great trainer- one that a lot of trainers now can only hope to emulate. Carl Thompson, Micheal Brodie, Gomez, Macklin, Hatton 1, Hatton 2, Maurice Core, Peter Judson, Mike Brodie, Ensley Bingham- plus others all won titles under Billy. Amazing.

    hatton will get a local trainer if he comes back, lee beard would be the likeliest, or maybe bob shannon, he's done wonders for his brother.

    He fought best under Floyd Mayweather Senior..! all his best performances came under Senior.

    I just hope it's not Brenden 'smoke and mirrors' Ingle.

    I'm happy to hear that more fighters won't try and mess with their natural lean to their boxing stance by joining Brenden Ingle. I have serious issues with Ingle. He was class when he trained Bomber, but after Hamed he has this notion that every fighter must now switch hit all night a la Witter. Father time is proving that he's a one trick pony with his training and decision making.

    no they didn't

    his worst performances came under mayweather except for the second mosley fight

    he struggled against vargas, looked poor against sturm and got knocked out against hopkins.

    under robert alcazar he had beaten pernell whitaker, julio cesar chavez, outboxed tito trinidad, knocked out oba carr, genaro hernandez and rafael ruelas to name a few....

    Not sure who would have been the best trainer for Oscar to be honest, but definitely not Floyd Sr :lol:

    On Hatton - it's someone that will get inside his head, he's never been the same since the Mayweather fight.... inside or outside the ring IMO.

    It's one thing that puts me off Kell Brook, he does the switch hit just like Camp Ingle ingrained into Jr's/Prince's head which was a bad look vs Desert Storm & Barrera respectively. And at 5'8" with dense thick muscles it's even worse. The kid's only 24 so it's early days, but that chin tuck and shoulder hunch is not technical and it's got a bad Ingle experiment written all over it.
