pac has the ultimate say in this. but pac has never really wanted this fight badly enough to pressure arum and i think arum is taking advantage of that. pac always said that it's a fight he wants but thinks he does not need. as it has been very tedious to make the fight, i think pac has no problem letting it just pass and that's the problem with mayweather also being difficult to deal with.

Pacquiao CAN make the fight happen if he only grew some balls and demanded the fight to Arum, but he won't do it so Arum will do whatever the **** he wants.

It is Arum's job to get Pac the most money, and Arum has to speak on Manny's behalf.. I am pretty sure Arum is the one who decides who Pac fights "even though Pac has the ultimate say"

If Pac demanded the fight happen NOW it will happen,I think after the Juan fight he had to seriously think if he needed a tune up fight, and was unsure when to fight Floyd in May.

Floyd has the ultimate say. Floyd knows Manny has 3-4 fights left tops, in which he's contractually obligated to Arum. Manny can't just break away from Arum...it's a legal issue. If Floyd continues to ***** and whine and wants Arum out of the equation, it's just as good as saying he don't want the fight. Come on, you ain't gotta be a brain surgeon to figure that one out. At the end of the day, Floyd blaming Arum is another cop-out amongst a slew of **** Mayweather has come up with.
