I would have to say Daley, Smith isn't much of a grappler and his best strategy seems to be "let the other guy hit you until he is tired/vulnerable"
Smith is going to get the **** kicked out of him, and then knock Daley out cold. Not really, he is just going to do the first part.
If Smith tries to stand with him. ****, if ANYONE tries to stand with him in the Welterweight Division, they're an idiot. Otherwise, they're pretty safe, as long as he's not on top of you. Just don't be an idiot, know your enemy and you'll be fine.
I'd like to see Diaz stand with him, I think he might be able to at least survive, if not get the better of him. I'd really like to see Cyborg go at him now that he is a welterweight, he would probably lose, but it would fireworks.
Forgot about that fight. Actually if it was Diaz in there that night he likely would have hurt Daley on the feet. I think that was a sub par performance from him though, I expect more out of him. He doesn't have the goods to ever be a legit top 3 or so 170lber, but he is fun to watch.
Both of them had sub-par performances in that fight. One of the more disappointing fights I have seen.
Daley should smoke him hes too fast, accurate and techniqual on his feet for the let you punch me flush in the face style of Smith. That said Smith can take a beating for quite awhile and obviously hes the comeback king standing up in MMA so he can never be counted out. My prediction though is Daley TKO 2.
