Who's Got Money On Cotto / Margarito?

I'm thinking about putting some bucks on picking which round Cotto wins the fight. The odds are obviously great like 30/1. I'm thinking about picking four rounds. I think rounds 7-10 would be best. What do you guys think? This is real gambling. Not like the safe bets like just picking Cotto to win at horrible odds.

 

If you want to bet wisely, do some risk mitigation, like stock traders.

I don't think Cotto can KO Margo and if it goes the distance, Cotto would be favourite. So, bet as follows:

$X on Margo to KO/TKO Cotto in any round to cover the bet on Cotto to win the fight by decision or vice versa.

Margo has a chance for those who foolishly don't think so.

 

Cotto by KO/TKO pays at near 3/1 at most sites right now.

Personally, I stuck 10$ on rounds 7-12 and that's only 50 down, to win 300 if any of them hit.:nod

 

Interesting. I thought about doing the same thing but from rounds 6-12. But i want to take a bit of a bigger gamble and shorten the rounds and win more money. So i'm leaning towards 7-10.

 

In my opinion, those rounds are the most probable for a Cotto stoppage.

The only thing I would worry over is Cotto getting him before then, who would be surprised when you've got such a limited as **** opponent who cuts easily!

 

I wish one of my friends were as much of a boxing fiend as I was! I'd definitely put 200 down on Cotto UD.
