Who's got more to lose Canelo or Khan and what does it all mean?

With this fight sending shockwaves through the boxing world, it's asks more questions than any other fight out there.

Why did Khan or Canelo take the fight? What is the end game for either fighters depending on the outcome of whoever gets the victory?
